Lawyers Practice Manual Queensland
The Lawyers Practice Manual is a loose leaf publication aimed at legal practitioners and updated quarterly. It provides detailed, practical information to lawyers and outlines relevant legislation as well as sample documents and forms. It deals with the everyday questions of legal practice and procedure. All contributions to the Lawyers Practice Manual are volunteered by experts in their field. Co-published with Thomson Legal & Regulatory, the Manual is available by subscription by calling 1300 304 197 or can be purchased online.

Incorporated Associations Manual

2nd edition now available

Creating, running or disbanding an incorporated association can present a minefield of legal obligations. Written by Dr Myles McGregor-Lowndes, a recognised expert in this area and lecturer at QUT, this loose leaf publication cuts through the confusion and provides all the information every incorporated association needs. It includes a copy of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld) and information on where to access any required forms. The newly released 2nd edition can be purchased for only $70 and is also available on CD for the first time for $25. Once an association has purchased a Manual, it is only necessary to buy the updates as they are published.

 

A Grant Seeker's Guide, 1998
Written by Bryan Grehan and published by QUT, this book provides information for both the grant seeker and grant giver, including specifics on creating successful grant relationships. It includes comprehensive guidelines on how to maximize your chances of receiving financial support for your association. $38.00 (inc. GST) plus postage.
